Waifs And Strays Dog Rescue is set up as a non profit making organisation. The objectives of this Association are: to take in and re-home unwanted dogs; to provide a special living environment; to help them adapt and find permanent homes of their own. We are always looking for committed volunteers who can either, foster, help, fundraise or rehome for the Association. If this is you or you just want to follow what is going on then please have a look around the site and get as involved as you can
Foster A Dog

Through our excellent network and great volunteers, we've been able to re-home numerous dogs that otherwise would have been destroyed. We also rely on foster homes to temporarily find solutions for our dogs until a forever home can be found. If you would like to be considered for fostering or re-homing then start the ball rolling here.

Waifs and Strays is a charity that relies on the generosity of so many people. From fosters to carers, workers, fundraisers everyone has something to give. We also need to fund the care of these exceptional animals and having to pay for health care, food, toys, bedding and the like is no small task and relies on financial donations to help our dogs rehabilitate into their forever home.     MEET TOBY
    He is an 18 month old Chihuahua cross
    Toby is a small boy with a big personality, he has settled well into his foster home but can be dominant at times, due to lack of traing and socialisation, he is learning but needs on going training.
    He is a loving boy, who likes a cuddle on his own terms.
    He gets on with other well mannered dogs but would be quite happy as an only dog, he is in foster with a cat that hes not really bothered by.
    Toby needs a home with an older person, who is small dog experienced and who is home most of the day, He is house trained, walks well on a lead and would love a forever home of his own with no children. He is upto date with his vaccinations, netured and mirco chipped.
